E3 attendance rises, 2012 show dated

Over 200 exhibitors brought their products to this year's E3, which also hosted more than 120 retailers from 18 countries participated.

E3 2012 will again take place at the Los Angeles Convention Center next year, from June 5-7.

ESA CEO Michael D. Gallagher said: "This year's E3 propelled video games to the pinnacle of the entertainment world. The industry's innovation, creativity, and excitement combined to show the world the ultimate entertainment experience."
