Draktir is a very mobile class, due to the dragon, and also has a passive ability Penetrating gaze - increasing attentiveness by 2% (responsible for the likelihood of finding rare materials when collecting).

Tauren - have a passive ability Sprouting, which significantly increases the time of gathering herbs and plants.

The Druid class has an advantage in collecting plants and herbs - they move faster through grassy areas, which will speed up the extraction of materials.

I repeat that the selection of a class and race for a profession is not necessary, since you can always change your professions in the midst of pumping, or even abandon them altogether. But if the goal is to simplify the collection of materials, or the character is a twink exclusively for collecting herbs, then Draktir or Tauren will be an excellent choice.
