Amazon.Ca Doles Out Boxing Day Game Savings

Amazon.ca is rewarding Canadians for a long year spent keeping the Ice Spiders from invading America with a huge list of discounted video games for the valiant warriors to amuse themselves this Boxing Day.

The discounted games went on sale this morning at 12AM Pacific, and run until 11:59PM or supplies are completely depleted. The list is rather huge, with every game system represented, including the Gameboy Advance. Particularly nice deals include the Gears of War 2 Limited Edition for CDN$ 41.99, Wii Speak for half-off at CDN$ 14.99, and Grand Theft Auto IV for the PlayStation 3 at only CDN$ 39.99. While I cannot begin to comprehend how much those prices are in our American dollars without alt-tabbing to a currency converter (a tremendous amount of effort), the numbers seem to reflect significant savings.
