1.It's said that old DS-only flash carts (e.g. Acekard 2.1, CycloDS Evolution, R4 DS...) that were not DSi compatible, aren't 3DS compatible either.
2. the 3DS Will only use one universal friend code. that's to say, Once you add someone as a friend in the 3DS, you don't need to add him again in a game you both have.What's more, it will make WIFI games easier to set-up.
3.the Nintendo 3DS will be region coded, that's to say the right of playing games from different regions on the system was lost.
