DaedalusX64 is the only working Nintendo 64 emulator for the PSP and PSVita and it can emulate some titles like Super Mario 64 and Mario Kart 64 quite well. However, it’s still quite far from being a perfect emulator but thankfully, some people like z2442, TheMrIron2 and wally4000 seem to have taken an interest in making it better.
Through their efforts, many updated builds have been released and the most recent one is 1.1.6, which was released a few days ago and it brings along:
- Improvements to the job manager which improved the performance of the audio emulation routine and made it more stable
- An update to the toolchain being used to compile the emulator which has unexpectedly brought about performance improvements
- Faster memory copying routine
- Work is also being done on a PC (Linux) port of Daedalus which may make it easier for debugging and improving the performance of the PSP version
In order to get this updated version of Daedalus, click on this link and grab the ZIP file linked in it. If you’re using a PSVita, this must be run via Adrenaline as there isn’t a native port of Daedalus yet.

mGBA is a GameBoy Advance (and Colour/Original) emulator that aims to deliver accurate emulation while performing well on lower-end devices.
This emulator is available on multiple hacked platforms, like the Switch, 3DS and Wii, and PCs but the folks behind it still manage to keep the same codebase for all the available versions so all supported platforms get the latest goodies!
As this emulator is still actively in development, it regularly receives updates and the latest one is version 0.7.1 which brings along:
- A fix for the Vita port in which save files weren’t flushed to disk if mGBA crashes or closes unexpectedly.
- This could cause save files not to be updated with the latest save data and progress to be lost
- Freezes in the menu on the 3DS and bugs relating to opening the application and gyroscope orientation on the Switch were fixed
- Internal core improvements relating to memory, DMA and video were made to increase accuracy
- Other minor features and bug fixes such as an updated Italian translation and a fix for the window icon when using X11

This week marks a special occasion. With this final issue, we now have the full set of 37 issues of the Official Sega Saturn Magazine online and available for download.
So let's jump back in time to November of 1997 and relive the glory days of the Sega Saturn together.
As our first preview, we have the review for Bust-A-Move 3 by Taito, followed by Street Fighter Collection by Capcom. We then take a look at the showcase for Quake by Lobotomy Software Inc. as well as Silhouette Mirage by none other than Treasure. And Finally Steep Slope Sliders by Cave, before we finish off with a big interview with Lobotomy Software.
You might also notice that the downloads for this issue as well as most of magazines on this page are downloading a lightning fast speed now.
That's because I've decided to buy a different hosting package for these magazines to make it a lot easier to download them as the previous one has become super slow over the years.
I'm in the middle of recompiling all the older issues and uploading these to the new host as well, but this will take quite a bit of time, so please bear with me.

Kevin (or Super Kevin) is the lost brother of Mario and Luigi. He was once Bowser’s hostage in the castle for many years, but thanks to his special fireball, he has managed to escape from the clutches of the King Koopa. Now it’s time to take revenge!
Features of his abilities:
- jump rise rate: same as Luigi
- jump fall rate: same as Mario
- double fireball shooting at once (during ducking as well; moreover, hold the fireball -shooting button down to keep shooting at a normal rate without having to release the button)
- bounce off of enemies: twice bigger
- skidding: same as Mario

With Sony staying out of E3 2019, Microsoft has a chance to command quite a bit of attention. And according to reports, they stand poised to do exactly that with the unveiling of not one, but two new consoles, at least one of which is in the code-named Xbox Scarlett family of devices.
French site Jeux Video reports (via Google Translate, and corroborated by Thurrott) that at Microsoft's E3 2019 press conference, the company will unveil consoles code-named Lockhart and Anaconda.
These devices have been reported on before. The first, Lockhart, is part of the Xbox Scarlett family of devices and is a disc-less console that will be far cheaper than the regular Xbox One - possibly around just $200. The second, the Anaconda, is a slimmer, newer version of the Xbox One X. Both consoles are still reportedly planned for release in fall of 2020 despite their imminent unveiling.
One source told Jeux Video that Halo Infinite's launch will coincide with that of the Lockhart, though the game will also be available on Xbox One.

Assassin’s Creed Rogue (Xbox One, Xbox 360)
Inspired by assassin’s creed unity and Assassin’s Creed 4: Black Flag (For all those still playing on Xbox 360 and PS3), Rogue is a newer option. Based on the exploits and misdemeanour of Shay Cormac, the gameplay is fun! The gameplay is ship-focused and reminds one of Assasin’s Creed 4. It is addictive and fast. The hard-core fans of the Assassin Series would simply love it.
WRC 6 (Xbox One)
This Xbox Games with gold is essentially for car lovers and racers out there! Though a bit rough and sturdy and with the knack of taking you out for real in mud and grime, it is all about speed, art and car-mania. Yes, you got it right, the art of drifting and moving around bumpy corners will keep you going and accelerating in this game. This one is for the racing fans and aficionados who love speed but equally admire control and simulation. The effects and video-graphics are quite cool and smooth.
Star Wars Jedi Knight: (Xbox One and Xbox 360)
This one is for those who always admired Jedi Knights and Jedi legends, the likes of Luke Skywalker. This game is cool for people who like to customise a lot in terms of the characters gender, appearance, looks and style. If you were really fond of learning the art of lightsabre( which is also customisable), this one is for you! From different colour options to chose from, its cool, sassy and addictive.The other ones that I might have missed here are Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light(Xbox One Xbox 360), Celeste (Xbox One), Never Alone (Xbox One), Far Cry 2 (Xbox One, Xbox 360).

- This is my Switch and Vita port of the classic multiplayer-only MS-DOS game Jump'n'Bump by Brainchild Design, based on the SDL2 port by @felixhaedicke.
Jump'n'Bump is a simple but addictive multiplayer game. The goal is to stomp as many other rabbits as possible to win the game.
