There's been speculation for both, but now we have something solid: according to a recent article in PSM (viewable on the nightmarish official PlayStation forums), the PSP will be getting both e-mail capability (through a free firmware update) and a GPS addon. Both will arrive sometime this year.
The e-mail functionality, dubbed Sony Mail, is said to associate your PSP's unique hardware identification code with a new (Sony-branded?) e-mail address. Presumably this is to avoid tedious password entry, although it seems likely that we'll still have to key in our e-mails via our favourite gadget's amazing text entry scheme. Associating the address with your specific PSP machine also brings up the question of whether you could access this e-mail elsewhere--one would hope so.
The GPS addon was one of those things Sony teased us with at E3 two years ago and promised to never ever release, so I guess someone down in Tokyo's losing their job tonight. Apparently it will come in a bundle with a UMD containing maps and such. I think if this is reasonably-priced, say $50-60 or so (that'd be a wild guess, guys), it would be extremely competitive with standalone GPS navigation systems for cars, which easily cost as much as a PSP and a few games. PSM also says you'll be able to purchase future map updates on separate UMDs, since apparently someone at Sony forgot about this 'internet' thing again.
Details are light on both items for now, but it's fair to say the PSP's multifunctionality just keeps getting more interesting.

Hey there!
I just want to present my first game for PSP.
BlockZ is a Bust-A-Move Clone..you control a vertically bouncing block, which is changing it's color regularly. You have to prevent the other blocks from reaching the bottom of the screen! You have some time to clear those blocks by touching them with your block, when its got the same colour...after a short time, another line of blocks will appear on top...how long can you stay?^^
The game is written in C with the PSPSDK.

Once fact this small note, step to enumerate features of the emulator, to which in the end, I have been able to add complete support to him for discs of +3 (including save states )
GP2Xpectrum features:
- Emulator based on fZX32 of rlyeh, with support for 48K, 128k +2 and +3
- Working to 133 MHZ, monophonic sound of 44KHZ (support of beeper and AY)
- translúcido virtual Keyboard with possibility of assigning keys to the bellboys (stick, To, b, x, and). Support of emulation of joysticks of the spectrum. Also the activation of multiple keys is supported simultaneously.
- Way Full Screen/Spectrum Screen by means of scaled hardware.
- Monitor of energy: You can visualize the icon constantly or hide it and receive the notification of batteries exhausted by means of the blinking of the LED and visualization of the icon
- Sleep Way: It extinguishes the screen and it reduces the speed of the clocks to extend the autonomy of the console
- Save states: able to save the state of all the games and to recover them directly. It uses compression
- POKE Manager: You have 5 entrances with 10 pokes to activate tricks in the games. Editable
- Photo Mode: Beam captures of your games.
- disc Support for +3 BASIC: It is possible to save the present disc, to change of face, to assign a new disc (formateado) and to save your programs BASIC to this unit (is even possible to read files tap, cargandolos previously and to happen to way +3 (by means of reset) to transfer information. In my opinion, the interesting thing is that it allows you to make your own programs from the BASIC of spectrum +3 and to save them/to load them from disc.
- Simulation of the disc LED by means of the battery LED (this is but a warning well, that surely that to some gives scare him when it sees it )
- Support of compressed files ZIP and BZIP2. Integrated compressor BZIP2 (it works to 200MHZ to gain speed from the selector of roms and to 133MHZ in the rest of operations)
- Codigo source to disposition of all (license GPL)
