    Version for slim psp: http://deniska.dcemu.co.uk/bin/jazz3xx.zip

This is a PSP adoptation of Jazz JackRabbit 1 by Epic MegaGames.
This port is based on OpenJazz port by Alister Thomson
    http://treacle.hewwo.com/jazz/oj/
It is still in early stage but already playable full screen with music and sound FX.

    NEW IN v0.02
    ------------
    - updated sound FX library with original Jazz samples.

    - removed the debuging: FPS counter and screen resolution
    - all 9 episodes are playable now (you'll need the full game distribution + X-mass edition)
    - source code & Makefile for PSPSDK provided

    INSTALLATION
    ------------------
    1.5 users:
Copy folders from 1.5 folder to ms:/PSP/GAME

The shareware can be obtained from: http://www.dosgamesarchive.com/download/game/111

    2.+ users:
Use 1.5 version. Make sure you put in the wav& s3m music files and the files from the original game ditribution.

NOTE: If you don't have the full version, you can save space on your ms by removing unnesessary s3m files:

Rise Of The Triad PSP v0.99

This is a PSP adoptation of Rise Of The Triad, 1st person shooter, originally developed by 3drealms/Apogee.
Special thanks to people @ http://icculus.org/rott/, who developed the SDL/linux version of the game.
Please read the attached documents for credits and other information.

If you are unfamiliar with the game please read this great article:
    http://rott.classicgaming.gamespy.com/hell/

    WHATS NEW
    -------
    - added music support via timidity (read installation instructions below)
    - overclocked the CPU to 333Mhz - the game seems to run smoother

    INSTALLATION
    --------

    - select between the shareware and full versions (shareware game files are included;
you can purchase the full version from www.3drealms.com)
1.5 users: copy contents of 1.5 folder to ms:/PSP/GAME
1.0 use EBOOT.PBP from 1.0 folder with data files from 1.5 folder (make sure your include .rott directory)
2.0 Please let me know if either version works with the latest eboot loader for 2.0 firmware

If you own the full version of the game use the EBOOTs from the "full" directory with the DARK WAR data files.

    MUSIC SUPPORT
    ------------
If you want music support, make sure to copy timidity.cfg & instruments folder in to ms:/PSP/GAME/rott
The compact (no thrills) timidity version is provided in shareware 1.5 folder.
If you want quality music, download http://www.libsdl.org/projects/mixer...imidity.tar.gz
and copy timidity.cfg & instruments direcory from there.
The downside: the full version is large (~17MB) and is going to
pause the game for ~10 sec every time music changes. If you have time, you may want to experiment
with sounds and create a custom midi mapping for the game...

    CONTROLS
    ----------------
Due to ovious PSP limitations, some game functions are not mapped in the default key configuration.
If you don't like the control layout/functions - you can re-assign them in the controls menu.

    GAME PLAY
    -----------
THIS IS STILL A BETA VERSION! So it may be a bit unstable.
Refer to original documentation for details on game play.
Network/multiplayer modes are not supported in this release, but you should be able to use some multiplayer levels in
    "exploration" mode
!There seems to be a problem with the cut scene in the begining of the 1st level.
So if you see a black screen, hit enter/space a few times to speed up the load process...

    TODO
    ----
NETWORK/MULTIPLAYER SUPPORT - hmm, this may take a while
    FIX OCASIONAL CRASHES

It took me a bit longer that I planned: I lost the previous version's source code due to computer crash and had to re-do it from scratch, but I think it's worth it ;-)... anyway:

    Dave Gnukem PSP

    About Dave GNUkem
Dave Gnukem is a 2D scrolling platform shoot-em-up. It is very similar to (and inspired by) Duke Nukem 1.

    Credits
David Joffe - Coding, sprites, levels.
    Felix Richter - Documentation contributions.
    Steve Merrifield - Level contribution.
    Denis Televnyy - PSP Port.

    PSP version features:

    1) improved sound fx handling
    2) music soundtrack support. I dropped an ogg file from NOIZ2SA as an example; any ogg/s3m/xm/mod file
can be used, just name it stage.[ogg/xm/s3m/mod] and drop it in the sounds directory.
    3) snaphot mode
    4) c/c++ source code with makefile profided for those who want to study/improve the game.
    5) the game is very much modable: you can create new levels with the windows version editor and edit the
    game's graphics.

    INSTALLATION
    --------

1.5 users: copy contents of 1.5 folder to ms:/PSP/GAME
1.0 use EBOOT.PBP from 1.0 folder with data files from 1.5 folder

    TOPPLER PSP v0.5

This is a psp adoptation of the game "NEBULOUS/Tower Toppler" written and hosted by people @
    http://toppler.sourceforge.net

This is still a beta version with some known bugs, which I skipped due to time restrictions.

    GOAL
    ----

The goal of the game is to navigate a little green dude toward the top of the tower.
But finding the way by using elevators and walking trough a maze of
doors and platforms is not the only problem you have to solve. There
are a bunch of other creatures living on the tower that will hinder you
to reach your target by pushing you over the edge of the platforms.

The only weapon of defence you have is to throw a little snowball. But
most of the other creatures just don't care about this. So you must
    avoid them.

A little submarine brings you from one tower to the next. On this way
you have the chance to get some bonus points by catching fish. All you
have to do is to catch a fish in a bubble with your torpedo and then
    collect the fish.

    INSTALLATION
    --------

1.5 users: copy contents of 1.5 folder to ms:/PSP/GAME
1.0 use EBOOT.PBP from 1.0 folder with data files from 1.5 folder
2.0 Please let me know if either version works with the latest eboot loader for 2.0 firmware

    CONTROLS
    ----------------

[D-PAD] MENU NAVIGATION & TUX IN GAME MOVEMENTS
    [START] PAUSE SCREEN
    [X] SELECT/FIRE
    [O] SELECT/ENTER
    [SELECT] OPTIONS/EXIT

    TODO
    ----

    1) Fix occasional crashes
    2) Somehow map text entry to PSP keypad.
    3) Map some editor functions to PSP buttons.

This is PSP adoptation of "Defendguin" by by Bill Kendrick ([email protected] m; http://www.newbreedsoftware.com/defendguin)

Defendguin is based loosely on William's classic arcade game, "Defender."
Some recognizable stars in the realm of modern operating systems should be fairly obvious. See original documentation for details on game play, credits, etc.

    FEATURES:
    - 20 levels with final boss (guess who? ;-))
    - original sound fx & soundtrack
    - modable graphics

    INSTALLATION
    --------

1.5 users: copy contents of 1.5 folder to ms:/PSP/GAME
1.0 use EBOOT.PBP from 1.0 folder with data files from 1.5 folder
2.0 Please let me know if either version works with the latest eboot loader for 2.0 firmware
    3.xx users use eloader

    CONTROLS
    ----------------

[ANALOG PAD] MENU NAVIGATION & SHIP'S IN GAME MOVEMENTS
    [START] PAUSE
    [X] SELECT/FIRE
    [O] SMART BOMB
    [SELECT] EXIT

    Enjoy,

    DENIS

PS: Thanks to "bourbon bot" for cool graphics mod (see below)... ...
    by Published on December 30th, 2005 20:26

    A bunch of bugs fixed:

    Controls:
in-game directionals are re-linked to D-PAD (a lot of you requested this one)
If you like the analog pad, use the previous version.
    [X] FIRE/SELECT
    [R.TRIGGER] JUMP
    [START] PAUSE/MENU

You can re-assign the last 3 by changing the values
    in ./supertux/config file:
    (joystick-a 5)
    (joystick-b 2)
    (joystick-start 11)

    PSP Button codes are:
    0 Triangle
    1 Circle
    2 Cross
    3 Square
    4 Left trigger
    5 Right trigger
    6 Down
    7 Left
    8 Up
    9 Right
    10 Select
    11 Start
    12 Home
    13 Hold

You can transfer your "saves" from the previous version:
just copy the contents of ./supertux/save directory

You can skip the intros/credits screens now by hitting the [FIRE]

Although the level editor is not completely functional yet, you can now do some basics like deleting objects/saving screens, etc.

If you want to create your own levels, stick to PC/Linux/MacOS verions for now.

BTW, the game is easily modable: you can change all the graphics/music/level logic w/o any programming knowledge.
So I hope to see some mods soon ;-)

Please let me know if the new version works for 2.0 firmware...
