Our resident wonder hacker Stephanie continues to astound all of us with her technical wizardry. After creating an SPL so that Dingux on the Dingoo A330 can fully utilise its given 64MB of ram, she has now gone and physically modified the Dingoo A320 to give it 64MB of ram, and allowing it to use the 64MB-capable Dingux.

Wii owners hankering for another “party” game can look forward to Wii Party. The game, which first appeared in a Nintendo financial presentation, is sailing to stores on July 8.
Nintendo hasn’t said much about Wii Party, but a screenshot hints at what kind of games are in the collection. Look forward to Bingo, Roulette, Sugoroku (board game), Mii compatibility checks, the overseas travel game, and “balance ship.”

Gamepark Holdings have today announced the successor to the GP2X Wiz, The Caanoo is a new powerful console to take over from the Wiz, heres a quick look at it:

With more RAM and a larger display, you can power up your creations. And with the added Vibration Motor and the G-sensor, you can add all those new dimensions to puzzle solving and combats.
The networking and sharing platform is still the main attraction of the console. Make use of the Wi-Fi connectivity and log on to the Internet, once you have access, you can enjoy your online game with anyone and everyone. The first online game for the Caanoo, "Blood Cross" is currently in development.
Besides logging into online games, you can grab any content you want, such as applications and stand-alone games, off the FunGP, an online application store.
The FunGP is not just a shop, it distributes Software Development Kits (SDK) and tutorials. The site will provide you with game development support and settle the sales remittance matters.
You can put your work on the site and earn money. If gaming is your dream, you can try your hand at it here. The site will be opened in August 2010, be sure to visit it.
The multimedia jukebox and the E-reader functions that exist in the Wiz are still available on the new console, so what you could do with the Caanoo's ancestors, you could do it with that Caanoo and even more!
The console is expected to come at the end of August, more information on it will be released in the next few weeks, so please stay tuned. Preorders are expected to start in June

Arkos] gutted an RC car from his childhood and made it into a dog-taunting remote platform. An Arduino replaces the original circuitry with a Bluetooth module for connectivity. He uses an Xbox 360 controller and has added a small speaker to act as a siren. But for our money it’s the camera that makes this hack. It streams video back to a laptop and because it’s mounted on a couple of servos the left stick controls where the lens is looking. The next evolution should replace the Arduino for a standalone microcontroller but what he’s come up with as a first prototype is delightful.

Given the crazy sales and, no doubt, small budget of Ubisoft's Just Dance, it seems obvious that the company would follow up with another Wii dancing game. However, the next game in Ubisoft's dance series isn't a simple Just Dance sequel (though we're sure that'll happen too) -- rather than licensing a few pop hits and a few really embarrassing dance songs from the early '90s, the next game is about ... showtunes.
Dance on Broadway features a selection of 20 songs from Broadway musicals, including "All That Jazz,""Fame" and "Time Warp" (it's just a jump to the left!) The full track list is available after the break.
Ubisoft has announced a June 24 release date for EMEA territories, but none yet for North America. The ESRB rating on the box art would suggest that a North American debut isn't far off.

We can't say we expected Jobs to do a ton of talking about that little "lost" iPhone prototype during his interview at D8, but he was of course asked about it, and he did do some talking about it. While he started out with the expected "there's an ongoing investigation" statement, Jobs soon got on a bit of a roll, saying that "this is a story that's amazing" -- that "it's got theft, it's got buying stolen property, it's got extortion, I'm sure there's some sex in there... the whole thing is very colorful." No discussion of the device itself, of course, but we're sure we'll be hearing more about it soon enough.
Update: Well, it looks like Jobs couldn't quite let the issue rest there. Later on in the interview, Jobs said that he had gotten advice to just let it slide, that "you shouldn't go after a journalist just because they bought stolen property and tried to extort you" -- but he said he couldn't "change our core values and let it slide," that he'd "rather quit."

Hey -- you know Microsoft's Project Natal? Well we've just gotten an up close look at what appears to be the retail version (though it's clearly marked a developer unit). We couldn't storm the stage while Walt and Kara (and her son!) were showing it off, but no one seemed to mind that we took a load of these shots for your perusal.

AT&T announced today that the iPhone will gain tethering, finally, at an extra $20 a month, but only for people on a new 2GB a month plan. They also quietly announced at the same time the real news — that the $30 Unlimited Data plan on the iPad 3G will be axed in lieu of the same data plan. Yes, this would be the same 'revolutionary data plan' that Steve Jobs was so proud of during the iPad unveiling — it lasted just a month after the 3G model was delayed to May 7. People feeling vibes of previous Apple iDevice releases are not alone. Existing accounts will be allowed to grandfather in, although Apple has removed the ability to purchase the iPad from the online store at this time, and AT&T has a history of changing its plans without warning. Finally, there is no word on what happens if you ever let your Unlimited plan lapse for a month at this time.

For years man has wondered why Sony's HD console came with only a mere standard definition composite cable.
Wonder no more - because all has been set right with a PS3/HDMI cable bundle. In the US, at least.
The LittleBigPlanet Game of the Year edition will also be rolled into the mix so not only will PS3 buyers be treated to HD gaming straight out of the box, they'll be able to exploit it with one of the PlayStation's best games ever.
There's no official word on the deal yet but photos of the PlayStation box advertising the deal should be confirmation enough (thanks PlayStation Lifestyle).
