A while ago I did a small game in order to get used to the Fenix-language. The game turned out to be quite fun for a few minutes so I made a GP32 version. And now, I have done a Dreamcast-version as well. (Not really a hard thing, considering that Fenix-games can run on any system which has a runtime, thanks Chui for the DC one!).

Simple enough : Avoid the icicles and pick up the packages. Score as much points as possible. The game should save the hiscore to the VMU, but I have not tested this. I followed a tutorial on how to save files with the DC Fenix Runtime so it should work. But if someone wants to confirm this it would be great. I cannot test it myself for the moment.
I do not know if something can go wrong with the saves so don't have any important files on the VMU. And don't pull it out directly after a game (because that is when the game saves) but wait untill the titlescreen has appeared.

There is no image-files yet, since I cannot create them. The tools I have to create them (Dir2Boot, Bootdreams) does not run in Linux and Wine doesn't help either. However, if you use Bootdreams you can create an imagefile easily. It can be found here :

At last, any feedback on how it runs will be appreciated. This is my first Fenix-game for DC so id like to know what works and what doesn't. Enjoy!

Gamespot reports that a prospectus filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission revealed that Infinium Labs, makers of vaporware-of-the-year runner-up Phantom Game Console, have blown through nearly $63 million dollars, with only $3.5 million going to development costs. Half has been spent on advertising (advertising what?) and the other significant expense was... consultants. Why are we not surprised?

In order to recoup their losses, the company reiterated their intention to (further) delay their Phantom Game Service and concentrate on selling the lapboard peripheral. The next version of Sony's PSP will sport an integrated digital video camera that will allow users to stream live video to the PlayStation 3, according to an anonymous source. The feature, which will utilize the PSP's Wi-Fi support, will be marketed as the new way to chat with friends while on the go.

According to the tipster, the "PSP 2" will also gain the recently rumored NAND flash storage, though the first generation of the new model will only be available with 4GB instead of the 8GB currently speculated. Sony will also trim approximately a quarter of inch from the device, and offer it in three color choices — black, white and silver.

Sources claim that the tiny camera will be an off-the-shelf stock unit that is currently being used in several Sony Ericsson mobile phones, and will also allow users to take still photos, in addition to video. Its placement will be directly below the PSP's screen, where the "PSP" logo can currently be found.

The new PSP's video streaming capabilities will be considered a must-have addition for Sony's upcoming PS3 console. While details are scant at this point, sources say the streaming will be made possible through the upcoming HUB PlayStation service, which will launch alongside the PS3 and compete directly with Microsoft's Xbox Live service.
