Psp Downgrader

I have a PSP with firmware version 3.52 and I am wondering is there a way to make a pandoras battery without a homebrew enabled PSP?

I already have a spare battery and memory card.

I'm afraid not, they can only ever be created on a PSP using custom firmware.
