Xbox One will get a new Achievements-tracking app "later this summer", Microsoft has announced.Speaking during the company's pre-E3 conference event, Larry "Major Nelson" Hryb showed off the new-look app which can now be Snapped for the first time.Achievements can now be tracked easily, difficult awards highlighted, and an option to "gain help".
