Super Smash Bros 3DS arrives October 3 [Update: $40 on 3DS]
During Nintendo's E3 2014 Digital Event, the company announced that the 3DS version of Super Smash Bros will be released on October 3 in both North America and Europe.
Nintendo also showed off Skylanders-like tech that will allow players to scan toy figurines called Amiibo into the Wii U version of the game.
Update: The 3DS version of Super Smash Bros will run $39.99. The Wii U version, unsurprisingly, will retail for $59.99.
