introduction on IRC channel ?

Hi guys...

I wanna download Super Mario War ( http://xbox-homebrew.dcemu.co.uk/supermariowar.shtml ) in the #xboxemu IRC channel, but i can´t get the download starting.

Can someone explain me how i can download files in the channel ?
