I don't think it even exists
they havent made a good working psp emulator yet
they have, sorta, just not one that can play commercial games
although, i'm fairly certain that even homebrew won't run too well on it
your best bet is to just buy a psp, a used fat is only ~$130 although at some stores it might be even less
