The PS Vita is running a "Half Byte Loader" bubble. An exploit on its own, no bought exploit game necessary for this.
This does not enable piracy*. This can not enable "free Vita games".

People claim this to be fake, because of the camera auto-adjustment, that happened after the bright white flash.
