A PIM That Syncs?

Yo,

I keep a lot of my information organized via Outlook (Schedule, Tasks, etc...), so I work with a lot of apps that sync with it. I was thinking about getting a PDA so I could keep these lists with me (without having 2321200 scraps of paper), but I realized that I already have a device that's capable of doing what I want.

My question is, is there a PIM (Personal Information Manager, schedules, appointments, to-do lists and that all that jazz) available that will sync schedules with Outlook or any PC program? It'd be really handy if I could plug my PSP into my computer, download my updated schedule, and then be able to look at it on the go (without carrying another piece of equipment with me).
