Recently Habib released an Open Beta of 4.70 Habib v.1.02 to received some feedback on the PS2 Emulator Patch he and Joonie had been working on He has since announced in recent days that there has been no issues and that the beta build is the official release. So if you already had installed the Open Beta there is no need update the firmware.
