[Xbox 360] Gears of War 2 too violent?

The game has already been banned in Germany, and may be banned in the U.S.. The game is said to be more violent than it's predecessor, Gears of War. Some of the new features that are said to be too violent include:

Sawing people in half from the groin up

Using a corpse as a shield against bullets

All around more blood, gore, and violence

I think that this will prove to make this release a very interesting one. I will be keeping my eyes open for any new updates about this very anticipated title.
