Sega Saturn High Quality Cable?

I'm kind of a Videophile/ Audiophile and I was wondering which is the best cable I can use on my Sega Saturn? ATM I'm only using a standard S-Video to 2 Audio and One video cable hooked up to my HDTV. Any help on the matter would be appreciated.

Also is the Sega Genesis and Sega Saturn do they use the same type of plug:confused:

I don't think Hi Vision are even cables and it does not seem to exist.
