It goes through the numbers from 1 to 100 and prints "fizz" if 3 is a divider of the number and "buzz" if 5 is a divider of the number. At least that's what it looks like by reading the sourcecode and looking at the screenshot.

According to the source, this program is a C++ demo for the LibNX library. Basically, a proof of concept that you can apply C++ code for homebrew, and don't be restricted to C coding only.
