The Flow who is without doubt the god of the PSVita has posted another release for the PSVita Hacking scene:
Download Enabler lets you bypass that and download any file, like you would do on a regular browser. Downloaded files go into the ux0:download folder. This latest revision v4 seems to be adding support mostly for firmware 3.65 and 3.67.
