What is needed to make Wii Homebrew?

I know you need to know C++, but what else do you need to download?

u need to make an .elf file wich is linux wich i think is coded diffrently :p

Check out and download DevKitPro from www.devkitpro.org. After installation check out some of the example source codes and go from there.

i think i might try to get into Wii homebrew too.
