PSV VSH Menu updated to version 2.0

Joel16 has updated his menu app to version 2.0

PSV VSH Menu 2.0 brings about the following:
The Quick Launcher now has 5 slots which you can customise by editing the file mentioned above. The shortcuts were hard coded before so this is a great improvement!
You can toggle on/off the battery percentage, amount of life left and battery temperature from the menu itself.
Clock states are now properly saved.
PSV VSH Menu now requires the kuio plugin to work!
Other bug fixes and a major source code cleanup.
