I'd say mod, but if you don't already have a modchip, get swap-magic instead. Its extremely safe and mostly does the same thing.

The PS3 homebrew scene is not dead, but it's not good compared to Dreamcast.
jkkdark, did u mean ps2? cuz thats wat im talking about. i went to look at the swap magic thing at the website. swap magic does work with the fat ps2, right?
