Once again, Wikipad manufacturer Gamevice has filed a complaint against Nintendo over what it considers to be patent infringement.
The complaint has been filed with the US International Trade Commission, requesting an investigation by the government into what Gamevice believes to be an infringement by Nintendo of section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930.
