New idea DS hb: DPG streamer

I got the idea of searching for a DPG streamer for the DS.
I searched the internet and found only the ideas for video.

Is it possible to put a server on your PC, with all the DPG-files and the client on the ds with filebrowser and stream-reciever.

How to do:
A bit like remote desktop:
Server with DPG-files on PC and stream sender.
Client on DS with connection settings-manager, file picker and stream receiver.

Is this possible?
I think it is, because there are a lot of those stuff already:
DSVNC, with connection manager and sort of stream.
DSvideo, with nice filebrowser.
And only how to receive the media stream.

I have tried to begin creating DS Homebrew myself, but came not further then installing DevKitPro...
