I am on the brink of creating what I think is an essential homebrew app, but I desperately need a .bin to .elf converter, as I need to convert it, and the standard changing the .bin to .elf isn't working in terms of that it needs to be properly converted. Can anyone either upload a converter on this thread or tell me the name of one?
