Micro sd corruption problem

I have been using my micro sd card for my M3 DS Real for a while now and it recently got corrupted when the battery died in the middle of loading a game.
I normally just format my card and copy my back-up files onto it from my computer, but this time my computer wont even recognize my card.
When i put it in my card reader it displays the disk on My Computer but when i go to click on it, it just loads forever until i remove it from the reader. Any suggestions on how to fix the problem?

have you tried formatting in another device like a camera or something?

i tried with my sisters camera but it just kept repeating the format without any results. :/
