was being stupid and overwrit(t) my recovery and vshmain with the Lockdown modules. vshmain isn't a problem, got that from psar dumper, but it would be very, VERY inconvenient to get a hold of another compatable recovery.prx on my own.
could someone on 3.90m33 PLEASE upload their recovery.prx
4.01's recovery has different NIDs and other changes, please do not link that one.
