Try renaming your roms~!
worked for me having same prob woth snes9x

.cmd
etc
i dont know what the extension for MS ROMS are. Currently it is .sms

try out .bin and .cmd I just tried it and it worked!
fixed it, i put the folder in the wrong place. the place where you put the roms is E:PSP/game/sms/roms.
That emu suxs.
I asked the so called programmer 3 months ago if he would let us adjust the size of the screen ( a 25 cent piece is TOO SMALL)
It turns out hes not a good programmer but just uses other peoples sources to convert.
Its Yoshi he said he was gonna work on this and make a megadrive emu as well
