PCEP - some games won't load, which should

hi,

ok, i have a prob with PCEP 0.7 with some games.
i always thought, the games are just not supported by the emulator, but today i read this help-site (http://grblitz.overclocked.org/cconstal.htm) and there is neutopia as a recommended game.
my neutopia (yes, Neutopia (U) from the goodset) wont load. i re-downloaded it from a different source, looked inside the .zip-file (only the .pce file in it) and so on. the rom itself is ok.

my games that won't work are:

Neutopia (U)
Neutopia II (U)
Bonk III - Bonk's Big Adventure (U)
Bonk's Adventure (U)
Double Dungeons (U)
Dragon's Curse (U)
Dungeon Explorer (U)
Legend of Hero Tonma (U)
Turrican (U)

they work with a pc-emu (and a GP32 emu).
it's strange, because they are all US versions. actually i had more, but i replaced some shooters with the JAP version. but for these games are no JAP versions or language is important.

as is said, i was surprised that Neutopia was recommended as a working game, so i ask this question: did anyone get these to work and if yes, how?
