I finally found a version of it. I did the downgrade too, but I still can't get roms to work.
As always, updates can be found at the official PSP website.
don't listen to Fly On now, is you get the official websites upgrade, it's 2.01, and that has absolutly no way of downgrading

website upgrade is now 2.50 do not upgrade, and do not upgrade to 2.01 either if you wish to play homebrew, upgrade to 2.0 umd demo disc has this in the UK and then use the downgrading guides to get to 1.5 :)
