NEOCD PSP IS THE BEST NEO EMULATOR BY MILES (THE BOTTOM OF THE TWO EMULATORS ON THE PSP NEWS MAIN MENU SCREEN)
IT CAN DO FULL SCREENF FULL SCREEN AND WORKS WITH SHED LOADS OF NEO CD GAMES INC METALSLUG 1 AND 2 :p
NEEDS A BIT OF A FIDDLE TO GET THEM TO RUN BUT WHEN THEY DO IT ROCKS :D
Definetly the best Neo Geo emulator is currently... well, there actually ISN'T a Neo Geo emulator. At all. Not one.
There's Neo Geo CD, but that has a more limited game selection. And even then there's only one emulator for it anyway.
Oh, and Neo Geo Pocket, but the handheld Metal Slug just didn't have the same feel to it. Also just one of those, I believe.
