Are there any cards that don't require a pass-me device? I live in the US, and am new to DS homebrew, but I already Understand PSP and Wii homebrew if that helps.
If there are, please post a link andI'm looking for $40 and lower.
EDIT: Okay, I found the ItouchDS. If I buy this, what else do I need to use homebrew and back-ups?
