Newest Version Of Downgrader

I have th eold version of the downgrade from 2.00 to 1.5 where is the sooo called new one the Beta 1.0 or whatever that doesnt require a certain file been on pspup, pspcrazy and sonyxteam and cant friggin find it maybe im looking to hard haha thanks

Not sure what you mean. I hve the downgrader that always works without problems for me. And I used the older version and it didnt work. Dont know what version this is but it does work fine for me.
