Tenchi Browser difficulty

I have been using the Tenchi Browser for a while now, and I like it, but all of a sudden, it decides it doesn't like me. All I get now it the screen that says "Hold onto your hats...", then the screen goes black, the UMD drive moves twice, and "the game could not be started". I have reinstalled it many times, checked the files, and everything has been in order. The browser just will not start. Any thoughts?

heh, im getting the same problem, though ive switched a psp and a bunch of stuff in between using it...
my best guess is that maybe it requires just 1 static connection to be present? ill try it out...

and i dont have time right now to figure out what the problem is, sleep time :P
