Tough Question regarding 50-60HZ PAL and NTSC roms and GAMES

OK i have been experimenting with my PAL tv and my wii.

Running my tv at 60HZ produces the best quality picture however, certain snes/nes roms i play that are (U) NTSC run slowly. When i switch to 50HZ the picture degrades but the (U) roms run at normal speed.

At 60HZ my PAL (E) games run at 50/50 frames and run perfectly.

MY QUESTION:

Will a composite HD lead for the wii change all this? Will both (E) PAL games and (U) NTSC games run at the same speed?

OR

Do i have to re-download all my roms to make sure they are PAL (E) standard.
