Tapan Kaikki for Nintendo DS

Does anybody here know about a freeware overhead shooter game called "Tapan Kaikki"? It's not so famous I think, but however, it's a very cool Horror (or whatever you may call it :)) game thats enables you to create your own levels with use of the level editor. I wonder if this game is possibly to port to the DS since it's open source? It would be great:D
This game has been released to both DOS, Windows and Linux platforms. The DOS version is older, but it's probably easier to port?!?!
