Does Lua Player support GIF picture files?

i believe it is just .png
i hope this changes tho gif would be cool

They added jpg since 0.13

Why do you need GIFs?

For info: you can convert a whole bunch of files using some freeware prg like XnView in one or two clicks (can convert whole directories).
