Help running Restore Animal Crossing (RAC) for save backup and restore

Currently trying to use http://www.pineight.com/dx/RAC to backup my Animal Crossing town, but after I insert the AC:WW card and it tries to write to my slot-2 device, it fails citing that it's unable to write to the disk. I'm running RAC from my slot-1 device and it's patched for the slot-2 device using ezsd.dldi.

Anyone else have experience with RAC? I'm using a CycloDS Evolution w/4GB MicroSD for Slot-1, and an EZ-Flash IV Lite Deluxe w/1GB MicroSD for Slot-2.
