is the magic memory stick permanent???

my sister lost my old one and im thinking of making a new and i dont have the money to buy a new memorystick

so my question is can i use the magic memorystick as a regular memorystick after im done installing custom firmwares on my friends psp???
also can i use it as a regular memorystick even with the magic memorystick on it???

Yes, you can use it as a normal memory stick and put games and files inside. It will work as "magic" when you put an Pandora Batery and work as normal MS when turn PSP on with normal bateries.
