well not a bug persay but enable some codes for Gameshark, it causes it to crash (for me atleast)
and in random parts w/ a savepatched rom of Pokemon FireRed it'll crash display "bad jump" then some what i think is a hex address and crashes the psp (it will shut itself off) happened a few times on the St Anne near teh pokecenter in same area then ner the "pokemon tower"
