I dont usually post a Network announcement over a free game but Command and Conquer Red Alert is one of the best of all time and with any luck someone might port FreeRA to lots of different homebrew scenes, but anyway if you have never played Red Alert your missing out on one of the finest RTS games of all time

I prefered the Original C&C back in the day to this, I might download this again and see if my opinion stays the same.
Red Alert is easily my all-time favorite C&C game. They started adding too many gimmicks for my tastes in C&C games following Red Alert, which is a shame. At least I'll always have fond memories of the first couple.

Hells yea. Finally, a game for free from a big company worth my time. Homebrew is great, but commercial for free is possibly better.
I used to play this game back in grade school. Certainly an awesome strategy game. I still have the disks too. I wish they released the expansion packs (I don't have them.)
