Google Maps to POI

For a while I've had the Javascript bookmarklet for downloading routes from Google Maps on my server, but recently I found that it plain doesn't work anymore.

Since personally I don't use it anymore, and cause I really don't feel like fixing it anymore, it'll stay broken.

That is, unless someone's willing to fix it :).

I've made some changes to gmaptopoi.js, so at least the googledoc is being loaded properly again. Compare http://getroute.nieko.net/gmaptopoi.js and http://getroute.nieko.net/gmaptopoi2.js.
