Help a complete n00b!

Hey, I've been playing Dreamcast since it first came out. I've gotten boot discs to import and play back-up but I've never gone into anything like emulation for consoles before.

How do you do it?
What do I need?
What Emulation is availible?

I need the newbie guide really.
