PSP 1006 and PSP 1007 Downgrader

Because of the worry of this release bricking PSPs we at PSP News will not host the file and advise our users to stay away from it for now.

theres so many downgraders, firmware loaders about, im lost all we need is something that allows homebrew and latest firmware, theres some great new titles coming out, thats impossible to play if were stuck on fw 1.5... :)

This is a 2.0 to 1.5 downgrader, I have tested it and it does work, but way not safe, just go with mph's.

I don't mind updating. I have a 2.6 PSP and a 1.0 sitting next to it. I really enjoy watching downloaded TV episodes while I'm on the train on my 2.6, but moreso enjoy playing PC Engine and MSX on my 1.0. By the way, the newest releases in Japan require a 2.5 update. I just bought Exit and it had a 2.5 update on the disc.

I'm sitting here annoyed that i've bought a damn 1007 model with 1.51 firmware from a friend in Taiwan, i never even imagined there was a model that couldn't be downgraded and i end up with it.

Has anyone successfully got a 1007 down to 1.50?

Can ISO's be run on 1.51 firmware or do i have to get it to 1.50 for everything?
