PSAR Decode Error

Hello all, i havent been on the scene for a long time, it amazing how much everyone has accomplished on the psp....here's my problem...

a long time ago i installed cfw 3.40 0e-a on my friends phat psp, it has the first motherboard model...i also installed a theme, with custom boot and everything..last week she said that it didnt boot up anymore, it just got stuck at the SCE screen..i noticed that her battery doesnt charge anymore..

I cant get to the recovery menu either, pressing R does nothing..

Ive tried so many pandora programs, like pandora deluxe, ultimate newbie installer, hells cat, and many more but i get the same error when downgrading

PSAR Decode error...then it shuts downs

it happens when the program tries to write at the KD folder...any help is greatly appreciated

This happens when youre trying to create a magic memory stick or when you're installing CFW through Pandora?

If it is the first, here is an autoinstaller wich puts all the files on the memory stick without needing a psp Despertar V3 by Mr Dune

If it is the second it might be a NAND or hardware issue
