Problems/How to set up Neo4All

Hey,

Im new to the Dreamcast "aftermarket" and am having trouble getting the neo geo emulator up and running. I am at the point where I will PayPal someone a few bucks to burn the discs/games for me and send it to me.

Its all very confusing and I would appreciate it if someone could tell me which revison/beta of the Neo emulator is best and which programs I should download to get this program up and running. Is Discjuggler good or do I need to use another program to burn this emulator?

As a side note...i am not completely burning illiterate...I have had no problems using DiscJuggler to burn homebrew stuff, but none of what i have required selfboot inducers and putting files and bios into directories.
