2)Connect PSP/PC Via USB 2.0 Cable
3)After Unpaking The RAR Drag The Blah and Blah% Files Into The PSP/Game Folder It Should Look Like This

1)Turn On Your PSP
2)Go To System Settings
3)Select Format Memory Stick
