ya its safe but if you installed umd loader,fast loader or emulator they won't work depending on whitch 1 cause som work on 2.00 and just saying the newest version is 2.6
Just use Fanjita's eboot loader and you can play most of the available homebrew on v2.0.
have been using Device hook quite successfully but not for the GTA uma disc or any GTA iso cracked files found so far. Is there a new update yet available for V2.0 This I have heard that there was coming very soon ? Is there a better emulator to play the GTA.iso that i have ?
There isnt any way to play GTA on firmware 1.0 or 1.50. You MUST have 2.0 or higher to play GTA.
If i upgrade to V2.0 firmware do I need a specifice Emulator to Run a GTA uma disc or iso cracked file ? I know it runs but i am trying to configure it on this psp. so far the cracked file loads then gets stuck on a loop or the UMD disc refuses to load the game and just sends out an error message ? Other games are fine Metal gear acid , Need for speed ect
